WebTrax greatly improved my business building my transcription company site several years ago, and then revising it last year to make it mobile friendly. For example, she had the idea to build a very intuitive separate menu for client actions (order form, uploading files to transcribe and payment). In the past, those options were scattered throughout the site and were confusing to locate.
She also had useful suggestions based on her knowledge of the latest in website technology and graphics. That included edits in menu text to maximize search-engine results, very current technological and graphic additions, such as moving slides with testimonials on the top of the site, and the latest (and most affordable) option for taking credit cards online. She also has a sense of humor, which is very unusual, to make the site even entertaining with its choice of retro illustrations.
